Youth Fitness Monday  AND Wednesday 410pm -5pm

Youth need structure.
Our fitness classes keep them healthy and active.

What is it? A fitness class for youth that incorporates fitness, nutrition and mindset. 

When is it? Monday and Wednesday 410pm-5pm (Ages 9 -12) 5:10pm to 5:55pm (Ages 13 to 15).
                     Next sessions starts April 12th, 2021.

How old do they have to be? Sessions for 9 to 12 years old and 13 to 15 years old. 

How long will it last? 50 minutes 

How much is it? $99 for 4 weeks (8 sessions total) or $198 for 8 weeks (16 sessions total)

SHOW UP FOR CLASS

We will send out an email a week before class starts with everything you need to know. Once you sign up all you have to do is show up to the studio in your workout gear! 

LET YOUR KIDS HAVE FUN

Your kids will exercise, socialize, and learn about fitness. They may even make some new friends.
Give your kids the exercise they need.
Each class is limited to 8 kids.
